Must say I had a better than expected experience at CBB. Being from the MotorCity I'm use to all types of aggressive salesmen and subpar vehicles being marketed, but that was non-existent at CBB! From the very moment I arrived Andy greeted me with a non-forced smile on his face and was patient and informative, allowing me time to look over the vehicle and ask as many questions as I needed. Their selection of luxury vehicles are beyond compare. Once I was ready to buy (no pushiness from Andy), Andy and Mark (Manager) went above and beyond to assist me with the best options for purchase. Ricardo in the finance dept. was very professional and awesome personality. Bottom-line, they have a customer for life and I'll definitely be referring friends! More

I sold a car to John. I told him up front I may not being buying a car from them, and he said it didn’t matter, he would offer the same price either way. The process was quick and easy and I got more than I buying a car from them, and he said it didn’t matter, he would offer the same price either way. The process was quick and easy and I got more than I expected and than other dealers offered me. The are no nonsense and fair here. John was awesome, didn’t give me any hard sales speech. They offer you a fair price right off the bat. I now will most likely will be hung a car from them based on my experience with John. More
