Our experience at CBB with Andy Manahl was fantastic. We originally met Andy by selling our car to CBB. Have been shopping around for a new vehicle for a few weeks and finally decided on a LR Discovery. After a surprisingly disappointing experience with 2 LR dealerships I found my car via Carfax at Benz & weeks and finally decided on a LR Discovery. After a surprisingly disappointing experience with 2 LR dealerships I found my car via Carfax at Benz & Beemer. I inquired online and within minutes got a reply. Andy called and then sent a confirmation that the vehicle I wanted was on site, even sent a quick walk around video of the car. My husband and I were able to meet with him the same day. Andy had the car up front and running to cool it off for our arrival seeing it was a 110 degree day. We hopped in took it for a spin. I purchased the car same day. The finance office was awesome to work with, no hassle, no hard sell on anything. Drove off the lot with my new Discovery. Got home and realized we didn’t really walk around the car and when we did, it was pointed out there is a gouge on the back low bumper. Took a quick pic and sent to Andy, within the day he is getting it fixed for me. Wow, that’s some amazing customer service. Andy makes you feel comfortable, super easy to talk to, no pressure. I’m really happy with my vehicle purchase and will definitely recommend Benz & Beemer! More

Was my first time buying a vehicle from CBB. My wife made the first contact and Andy responded quickly and was very respectful and gave her all of the information we needed. Going from test drive to pu made the first contact and Andy responded quickly and was very respectful and gave her all of the information we needed. Going from test drive to purchase was a smooth process. Andy also noticed the floor mats were missing and took it upon himself to order a new set before we had to ask. When we got home we noticed some minor damage in the rear bumper that we didn’t notice while looking at the car. Andy is making it right for us and will get it repaired. I would recommend buying from CBB and especially going through Andy. Paul from finance was easy to work with as well. Of course he presented options to purchase additional protection for the vehicle but he wasn’t pushy about it when we declined. More
