Very professional and informative - Victor really made the experience easy. The follow through and support for the entire team has been fantastic! Not to mention, I LOVE the car!!! Tony Cintron was very patient in teaching me how to use all of the technology in the car and was awesome in helping me navigate the Mercedes Me app!
