Poor customer service when it comes to the service department. Details on parts were given a week prior to the service date, car was not repaired and I had to call to find out the status of the repair department. After two days I was given a call that the parts would be in 10 days later. More

Very professional, knowledgable, and asked the right questions to get me the car I was looking for, even when I came in in the evening to purchase. Wes also was friendly and professional during the purchase process. Jessica was very kind and professional during the finance process and paperwork. Patrick was helpful in the service process and Daniel, the BMOC has been accommodating with any and all issues I've had. Tony showed me how to work everything!! More
