I have purchased my last 4 Cadillac SUVs at this dealership. Every experience has been delightful. I'm an independent, married woman, and not once has anyone asked about my husband. I appreciate the dealership. Every experience has been delightful. I'm an independent, married woman, and not once has anyone asked about my husband. I appreciate the respect and courtesy that simple act means to me. The aftercare has been amazing. I once had a flat tire while 25 miles away from home. Earnhardt sent roadside assistance directly from the dealership to help. There have been several instances I can recite, all more impressive than the last, as to the quality of their service. I highly recommend Earnhardt Cadillac in Gilbert for your next purchase. More

dishonest but overall good deal if you watch them carefully I saw a car listed on carfax, as I was out of state, I was interested and the price was good. I called and talked with Pete. He was helpful, said there were no dents, etc., even took a few pictures. When I had a friend go look at it, however, he took a picture of the car with a baseball size dent in it. When both my husband and I both asked Pete again if there was a dent, he said "no." I then asked for the manager and was transferred to Lee. He was more helpful, but later found out he was not the manager. I was told there were two fobs for the car. My friend said that one of them was not working. I was told by Lee and Justin that it was a dead battery which they didn't carry there but they were sure it was fine. Long story short, I bought the car after making sure they fixed the dent that they said wasn't there. I took the fob into a Lexus dealer upon receiving the car and they told me kindly that the fob did not match the car at all, but was likely pre 2011 as it was an am and the 2015 lexus is an fm. He said there is no way a dealership would not have known this. It would be a $350 dollar fix. Long story short, I bought the car, knowing at the beginning they weren't really honest. I like the car, but the blatant dishonesty for a sale is frustrating. Had I not known someone in Chandler who could look at the car for me, they would have likely sold me a car that needed a new windshield, had a dent, needed new breaks, was out of allignment, ect., and not batted an eye. Frustrating. We called Andy at the shop and he said there was nothing he could do. More

The sale was typical, except that I didn't have a trade which gave me a slight advantage. The sales manager had a hard time figuring out the difference between the advertised price of the car versus what the posted price of the car was, causing me to send the paper work back. After getting that straightened out and declining to purchase any of the add-ons (theft deterrent, detailing services, tinted windows - total $1500), I mentioned the other car that I was looking at. With that, the price of the car I bought dropped to accommodate the addition of comparable warranty coverage. When the proceeds of my private vehicle sale arrived to be used as a down payment, the dealership would not accept me signing the cashiers check over to them. I was directed to a nearby bank, located in a grocery store to cash the check. When I questioned if a grocery store bank could handle the amount, I was assured that they could. They couldn't. I had to go to another bank to get the cash. When the transaction was complete, I told my salesman that the car had not been filled with gas. One of his colleagues informed him that when used cars are sold, the tank is not filled. On the next day during the wash and wax session, I noticed that the car was not very clean. There was a letter “J” written on the windshield and rear window with some sort of marker, and I had to remove the plastic covering from the floor mats. The wipers needed replacing and the brakes sqeeked during low speed braking. The seats didn’t look like they had been wiped down either. So much for dealer prep. Going back on Monday. I did get what I believe to be a good price on the car, but the only way that I would go back there is if they had something that I really wanted to buy. UPDATE Upon further investigation, the car needed front brake pads. Luckily, I'm pretty handy and the job was inexpensive and easy with numerous examples shown on You Tube. I just don't think that selling a car that needs brakes is a good thing. I canceled the service contact as well. I used it as a bargaining chip to get the price of the car lowered. More

I just purchased a 2013 Cadillac Escalade ESV from Kachina Cadillac. I have owned multiple Cadillac's prior to this purchase but this was the first one from Kachina. My sales associate was Roberto Sa Kachina Cadillac. I have owned multiple Cadillac's prior to this purchase but this was the first one from Kachina. My sales associate was Roberto Saenz. I first spoke to Roberto on the phone last week. The entire agreement including a trade in of my older model Escalade was done over the phone. Needless to say, I was exteremely impressed when I dropped off the older Escalade late on the night before the Thanksgiving Holiday and Roberto had everything in order just as promised over the phone. We wanted a color that was not on the lot and Roberto had to locate the correct unit for delivery the next week. Roberto had a beautiful loaner vehicle ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. We picked up the ESV today and Roberto had the remaining documents in order once again ready for signature. He spent a great amount of time explianing the operations, settings and functions of this wonderful vehicle to my wife and I. The overall experience was exceptional, professional and enjoyable. When I am ready to purchase another Cadillac I will be calling Roberto. I sincerely recommend that anyone interested in buying a Cadillac to contact Roberto and experience the Kachina difference. Sincerely, Jim Dinan More

On the strength of their say so, I took the car and then had the service done. As promised, they picked up the tab as stated.
