My wife and I initiated an internet contact regarding the purchase of a new Cadillac SRX. As expected, we got numerous calls. Tom Haggerty and Andy Ochoa were right up front about what we could expect in t purchase of a new Cadillac SRX. As expected, we got numerous calls. Tom Haggerty and Andy Ochoa were right up front about what we could expect in terms of price and a trade-in for our Acura RL. As we compared offers, one dealership reneged on the price already agreed upon, however, Tom and Andy remained consistent. The car we wanted was 250 miles away but, they made delivery within a few days...even driving the car to our summer cabin which was 175 miles from the dealership. I am 72 years old and have purchased many cars. I have never had a more pleasant buying experience. Tom and Andy made the process exactly what it should be...PLEASANT! They went out of their way for us and we are most appreciative. By the way, we love the car! More

This was the most direct, quickest transaction that I have ever experienced dealing with a car dealership..there was not the normal back and forth crap..i initially dealt with andy about what i wanted to have ever experienced dealing with a car dealership..there was not the normal back and forth crap..i initially dealt with andy about what i wanted to pay a month and how much i wanted to put down..we left and after a couple of days figuring it out, we came to an agreement..when we went in to pick up the vehicle, joey matos assisted us with delivering the vehicle..he was extremely knowledgable and very helpful with explaining the vehicle...we were in a hurry and he told us to come back any time and he would finish explaining...i will reccommend your dealership More
