I bought a low-mileage Mercedes that had a couple of problems which a Mercedes service team needed to fix. Andy and Dennis told me that they would take care of the cost of those services. On the strength of their say so, I took the car and then had the service done. As promised, they picked up the tab as stated. If you're looking for good people to deal with when you buy a new or used car, I would definitely recommend this dealership and these individuals without reservation. More

My wife and I initiated an internet contact regarding the purchase of a new Cadillac SRX. As expected, we got numerous calls. Tom Haggerty and Andy Ochoa were right up front about what we could expect in t purchase of a new Cadillac SRX. As expected, we got numerous calls. Tom Haggerty and Andy Ochoa were right up front about what we could expect in terms of price and a trade-in for our Acura RL. As we compared offers, one dealership reneged on the price already agreed upon, however, Tom and Andy remained consistent. The car we wanted was 250 miles away but, they made delivery within a few days...even driving the car to our summer cabin which was 175 miles from the dealership. I am 72 years old and have purchased many cars. I have never had a more pleasant buying experience. Tom and Andy made the process exactly what it should be...PLEASANT! They went out of their way for us and we are most appreciative. By the way, we love the car! More
