My experience was sub-par. It would have been nice to have my truck cleaned and vacuumed, nothing crazy. I asked for an explanation but was told to read the flyer, but there was nothing explaining why this was being done. And why should I have to bring the loaner back full? Sewell Infinity never asks us to refuel their loaners and doesn’t charge extra for it. I’ll be honest, I’m very reluctant to come back, and I will discourage others to do the same if you don’t want to take care of your paying customers. More

Mateo was awesome got me what I needed went over the carfax with me and also did a diagnostic test to keep my fears at bay. I’m not sure about the warranty not enough information but they just said it carfax with me and also did a diagnostic test to keep my fears at bay.
