I asked for an explanation but was told to read the flyer, but there was nothing explaining why this was being done. And why should I have to bring the loaner back full? Sewell Infinity never asks us to refuel their loaners and doesn’t charge extra for it. I’ll be honest, I’m very reluctant to come back, and I will discourage others to do the same if you don’t want to take care of your paying customers. More
