Worked with Andy Seckler to turn in a vehicle I had leased and lease a new one. Called ahead and told Andy what vehicle I wanted and what I planned on doing. Recently had my truck taken to the service dept for an unexpected service. My case manager was very informative and made sure to call and text me daily to let me know my vehicle was a priority for him. No unexpected service.
