They had my car for almost a week when I was told it was going to be a two-day wait because only one person was qualified enough to fix the specific problem I had with my car. Then, the part that was needed going to be a two-day wait because only one person was qualified enough to fix the specific problem I had with my car. Then, the part that was needed to complete the fix had to be ordered, so I had to take it back to them for another three days. Such an unnecessary hassle. Very friendly, helpful and advise accordingly. Service is timely... waiting area is clean with snacks, coffee, water.
