We were treated with respect, all of the staff we dealt with were informative and friendly, and best of all, we got an excellent deal on our purchase. Bob was patient, helpful, and made us feel as if were were appreciated and valuable. Julio took plenty of time explaining all of the options available to us for warranties/service plans and even gave my teenage son a lesson on contracts/car buying! There was no pressure, no games, no haggling. This was our first Mercedes purchase and we will be back to Walter's when we're ready for our next one. Thank you to all the staff at Walter's! More

OH HAPPY DAY!!!! March 8, 2016 was a very happy day for me. The day I went in to Walter's Mercedes-Benz to pick up my GL 450. I can not say enough about Andrew Wagner March 8, 2016 was a very happy day for me. The day I went in to Walter's Mercedes-Benz to pick up my GL 450. I can not say enough about Andrew Wagner and the great experience I had with the Walter's Mercedes-Benz family. They truly made me feel like family. My first consult was with Andy the Sales Manager. I told him what my needs were. He then referred me to Andrew Wagner who diligently researched and found my car. Lol....yes I did give him a hard time because I am very very picky but guess what....he found my car with everything I asked for. It was a dream come true!! Both Andrew and Andy paid attention to details when it came to what my needs were in this particular vehicle. Andrew didn't leave me hanging. He thoroughly explained every bell and whistle in the car which probably is a class you need to take all by itself. He has been available since that time to answer any questions I have and again to help me figure out the functions and features of the car. I also want to thank Julio the Finance Manager who stayed well past regular hours to take care of my financing. Christina Rodriguez and Tiffany Estrada kept the continuity going by following up on appts. or any concerns I had and quickly communicated them to Andrew. Thank you so much Andrew Wagner and Walter's Mercedes-Benz! I LOVE MY CAR!! I would be more than happy to refer anyone to Walter's Mercedes-Benz that seeks fantastic professional customer service . He took his time with me and helped me find the perfect car that suits me and my lifestyle. When it came down to the numbers, Andrew and his colleague Andy Towns did everything they could to remain within the parameters of my financial comfort zone. To be honest with you, I walked in there thinking I would not be able to own a Mercedes Benz with my bad credit, which I am trying to rebuild, and strict low limits on monthly and down payments, but Andrew made it work. Even his assistant, who I apologize, but I can't remember her name, was incredibly personable and helpful. The only time I ever felt a tiny bit uncomfortable was with the financial gentleman (I don't remember his name). He was a bit pushy in trying to sell me the warranty and extra insurance. I had to tell him no about 4 times. I suppose this is his job though. Anyway, aside from that, it was a great experience and I am now a happy Mercedez Benz ownder :) More

In my plan, I need to go to Porsche, Audi, BMW, Volvo, Lexus etc to take a test drive of several models, back online check some details, compare the offers, options, color and stuffs. BUT after cozy chatting with him in a car for an hour of some nonsense topics while waiting for my appointment, I decide to make the move RIGHT NOW, no tomorrow, RIGHT NOW! 2016 New GLE Simply, I think Richie is never really focusing on selling cars to you, he is careless of that part, seriously. However, he cares more of what you want and what you think. So the whole time, I didn't smell any of the commercial sense, just people to people, customer oriented. I am a business man, and I face sales guy everyday, some of them are crappy, some of them just get the swagger of making the deal. Richie Lapierre is in the later category. The whole process is worry free, you never think about the typical "win" or "lose" deal mindset. Walter Automotive gives out the best deal on the table right away and I believe that is probably the best deal in the market as well, because I suppose they know making the customer happy is a good way of getting business. So in the end of the day, when every arrows pointing to the spot that the deals need to be done, it needs to be done. :) Drive to here, it is not the closest dealer from you probably, but you will get what you want, that's the key right? So I endorse this one for you, come here , they take care of you and they get it done.
