Chris was one of the few to respond to me in a timely manner, and because he was very helpful in answering my questions and eager and willing to help me get a great deal, I decided to check out Walter's over other dealerships. When I got there, I was greeted by Matt and got his undivided attention. He was nothing short of considerate and courteous. He showed me a model even better than the one I was considering buying, and was able to offer me a very good price that I just couldn't refuse. And Andy helped me complete the finishing touches on my deal. It was a real pleasure working with everyone. All in all, I had such a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend Walter's and the staff here to anyone else considering the addition of a Mercedes to their household. You made my new year! My sales agent, Peter Tecson helped navigate me through the otherwise daunting task of determining my "must haves" and "like to have" in a luxury car. I had spontaneously dropped into Walter's Automotive in Riverside to take a peek at an Suv and a few short hours later drove off the lot with a brand new GLC 300. Walter's gets a five rating on everything from the cleanliness, professionalism, friendly sales people and fabulous service, not to mention the highest quality luxury cars. When you arrive, ask for Andrew Wagner, I've worked with several Mercedes Benz dealerships over the last fifteen years. Walter's is by far the best! When you arrive, ask for Andrew Wagner, because he was humble, respectful, courteous and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and delivered. I live in South Orange County and drove to Riverside. I drove past at least 4 Mercedes Benz dealerships that I've worked with in the past - all the way to Adams Street in Riverside and it was worth every mile, even in the traffic. No matter where you live, drive to Walters and you will more than benefit yourself if you ask for Andrew Wagner, a Sales Manager and Andy Towns, the Finance Manager.
