Good receptionist but service wasn't as good Did an oil change, car wash and engine pressure wash, but only got oil change n slight engine pressure wash. Engine still dirty and truck wasn't wash. Did an oil change, car wash and engine pressure wash, but only got oil change n slight engine pressure wash. Engine still dirty and truck wasn't wash. Need better service next time. Receptionist did good customer service and detail but service on vehicle is bad. More

Amazing customer service experience! Andy Tran was the representative who helped me with my service and he was amazing! He was fast and efficient with explaining details about the service Andy Tran was the representative who helped me with my service and he was amazing! He was fast and efficient with explaining details about the service I was getting for my truck and even made some recommendations I did not know about. What’s even more impressive was while my truck was getting serviced, he offered to get me a Lyft back home and back to Toyota when it was finished. Maybe I’m late to the party but I have never been to a dealership who offered this amazing service! And it was all paid for! I’ve been thinking about purchasing a new car and I am definitely going to Toyota for my next one! Thanks Andy and thanks Toyota for making life so much easier! More

Awesome I was immediately met at the service center. I was offered recommendations from my last service and a plan was made. Tires rotation It took too long for a tires rotation. I had an appointment and was told it could take up to 1.5 hours for the service. I was waiting for close to 2.5 It took too long for a tires rotation. I had an appointment and was told it could take up to 1.5 hours for the service. I was waiting for close to 2.5 hours at the dealership instead. This place used to have a coffee machine that can dispense other beverages like hot chocolate, water, latte, expresso, comparing to the new nachine they just put in which only has 2-3 different types of coffee options. Very knowledgeable Staff, Fast, Friendly and informative I found my visit to Elk grove Toyota Service very rewarding. I was greeted by A.Nguyen. I was in and out in a timely matter. Both the service advis I found my visit to Elk grove Toyota Service very rewarding. I was greeted by A.Nguyen. I was in and out in a timely matter. Both the service advisor A.Nguyen and the service Technician T.Keosykao provided a consultation for recommended maintenance services in the future to ensure my car for reliability ( being my truck 2015 Tacoma W/ only 5,100 miles ) total. These two are highly skilled and just containt a paramount of Automotive knowledge. I am looking forward to my next visit. More
