Being told at the competing dealership that absolutely no discounts were available on the X5M60i, Anes immediately took our information regarding our current car, relayed to us the residual value available on our current lease as a discount, as well as a substantial discount available off of sticker price. From the instant we met Anes, we felt completely at ease with him as an individual with his superb and extensive product knowledge and, more importantly, his empathy and understanding of our wants and needs.
