Scheduled an oil change for 9:00am. Arrived a few minutes before. I was going to wait for the service as in the past it has not taken very long. After 1 hour and 20 mins i asked about my car. The service person was not exactly friendly. If i had been told it would take that long is one ok but i was told a shorter time. He should have apologized for it taking longer than expected. More

Bridgewater Chevrolet fixed an issue on my Bolt EV. They were professional and courteous. I was able to use Wifi, have a bagel and get a beverage as I waited 4 hours for the diagnosis to be performed. They were professional and courteous. I was able to use Wifi, have a bagel and get a beverage as I waited 4 hours for the diagnosis to be performed. When I helped them find the probable cause and solution by researching public domain, they were able to run reprograming in 1.5 hours. The issue has been resolved. More
