Gary greeted us out front at 8:30pm on a Saturday night. He was very helpful, friendly and informative from the start. Rich went above and beyond making sure that we were happy, listening to our concerns and working with us on the price of the vehicle. David made the signing of the documents smooth and easy and helped to expedite the delivery of our vehicle from detail. I have purchased cars from several different dealerships and this was a much more pleasant experience. There was a much more informative and helpful vibe with not as many surprises or pushy sales tactics as compared to other dealerships. This is a well run and efficient dealership that respects your time and does their best to get you into a vehicle even if you have issues. I had issues that were overcome because this is a dealership that cares and employs sales people like Brian Doyle that make the process easy and make you feel like you are in good hands. You're greeted by friendly people like Elizabeth that walk you to the vehicle you're interested in and are knowledgable about all the features and differences between trim packages. Brian then makes the purchase painless. The announcement on the PA that you have just purchased a new vehicle is followed by the owners manual and keys being delivered to the desk. A bit corny a cheesy? Possibly, but fun none the less. It is a well thought out a choreographed sequence designed to relieve the anxiety of having to deal your best and transition you to the happiness you should be feeling about leaving the dealer in a new vehicle. The paperwork for a new vehicle is daunting these days. David Watts in Finance walks you through it with professionalism, ease and good cheer. Very professional staff = one happy customer I was impressed with the quality of service and the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of the staff at Toyota of N Charlotte. From the beginn I was impressed with the quality of service and the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of the staff at Toyota of N Charlotte. From the beginning we were emailing with Angel until we got to Charlotte. Once we arrived at the dealership Matt greeted us at the door then took us for a test drive and answered all the questions we had, Nicollete explained in detail the process and options available to us and Shaderri also was knowledgable in the finance dept. We were welcomed by everyone and instead of feeling pressured to purchase, the staff was very patient in making sure we understood every step of the way and made the decision that best fit our needs. It was refreshing to feel that welcomed and like family in a car dealership. I also like how so many people followed up with calls (Stephanie and David) to make sure everything was ok and we are enjoying the new car. They all made themselves available should we need anything else. We will definitely do business here again in the near future. More
