Not very pleased with the overall experience with this 2nd visit I took my car in. Although the service rep did his best to answer questions, there is still a lot lacking in EV models overall. On top of that I received my car in a not so pretty condition. Not sure if car was run through the car wash but it has all kinds of smears all over including windows and wheels. AND, rear windshield wiper is broke. Not how I dropped it off. I even had to take pictures. I was so upset that I have decided to take my $50K car to another dealership if I have any more issues.
