Who is Norm Reeves and why does he charge 4x price in USD for labor compared to any other mechanic shop? I cannot receive full service on my piddly little civic without paying through the nose. Paid $~300 for $1,200 in quoted labor from Norm Reeves. Huggins didn’t do this shenanigans to customers - WHO IS NORM? More

Angel provided the best service and kept the cost and customer in focus. His cost alternative saved money on a twenty year old vehicle. Not very pleased with the overall experience with this 2nd visit I took my car in. Although the service rep did his best to answer questions, there is still a lot lacking in EV models overall. On top of t 2nd visit I took my car in. Although the service rep did his best to answer questions, there is still a lot lacking in EV models overall. On top of that I received my car in a not so pretty condition. Not sure if car was run through the car wash but it has all kinds of smears all over including windows and wheels. AND, rear windshield wiper is broke. Not how I dropped it off. I even had to take pictures. I was so upset that I have decided to take my $50K car to another dealership if I have any more issues. More
