Immediately he told that he wants me to leave with my dream truck today. After 6 hours of negotiations we finally found a number we could both live with. I was ready to leave several times but Mr. Groooms was persistent and was really ready to work with as the whole department. Compared to a visit to Different Ford dealership previous day this was like a night and day. I'm super satisfied with my experience and driving a brand new F-250 Super Duty diesel that I was dreaming about. More

Best buying experience in my 71 years I almost gave up on buying a car from a dealer , too much hassle ... I'd bought from Planet Ford in the past, and it was just too much jumping thru ho I almost gave up on buying a car from a dealer , too much hassle ... I'd bought from Planet Ford in the past, and it was just too much jumping thru hoops to get what I wanted ... I called there and a guy Tray Rogers took my call and I asked him about car specs, ( engine, rear gear ratio, horse power, and so forth ) this guy didn't put me on hold or anything ... Straight answers without any BS... I said I got to meet you, sat down with him, talked and he said I'll take you for a drive ... Answered all questions with knowledge that I was not expecting ... Long story short , he put me in the right car... I'm a happy camper, I hope he's still there 3 years from now when I'll need a new truck.... Thank you Trey Rogers More
