The ear buds and glasses were in my car when I brought it on for an oil change and now they are gone. Someone opened the sunglass holder, looked at the glasses, put them in backwards and broke them when closing the lid. Very disappointed. More

You should be closed for negligence. You call the the insurance company and never included me in any of this. The original photos and paid flood free certificate from your Service department shows how poor your establishment is at every important aspect of a dealership.
