It started with the last tire purchase. I was sold tires and told that they would be rotated for the life of the tire. Wrong, every time I would come in it was a conversation that always ended in the advis and told that they would be rotated for the life of the tire. Wrong, every time I would come in it was a conversation that always ended in the advisor doing me a favor and rotating the tires. As a customer who was promised tire rotation, I had a bad taste in my mouth every time. I always wanted to say to the advisor to keep your favors . However I told myself that I would never purchase anything from your dealership again. I was just biding my time. I have actually shared my story about the lack of service convincing at least two people to buy tires elsewhere. However, I was due an oil change according to the sticker in the window so I made an appointment to get the oil change only to be told that I needed back brakes, Rotors, 4 tires and a 4 wheel alignment. I said no not from you guys but Karen Promised to put it in writing this time. She quoted me a price and then I told her of another noise that I was hearing. She said it would be another 138 for a diagnostic fee. She said if the technician finds a problem during the oil change then there would be no diagnostic fee. So I said, just do the free lifetime oil change for now and we can see what they find wrong with the car. Then she immediately responded with, “you are not eligible for an oil change yet.” I was taken back for a moment because that is what my original appointment was for. I went to the car to get the sticker out of the inside of the windshield to show her that the oil change was due, She did not want to see it, she said that it stated the tire rotation was due not the oil. Mmmmm when did that change because I always remembered the the date on that sticker was oil changes. At that point, I was so angry at her mannerism’s and lack of customer service that I responded saying you guys don’t honor tire rotations, as I got in my car and left. I went to Firestone and paid the $1400 for Brakes, Rotors, tires ,alignment, cabin filter, radiator flush, air filter and plugs. I now will get free tire rotations for free at Firestone and you can do the Free lifetime oil changes only. By the way, your deal of buy three tires get one free is still $65 dollars more expensive than Four tires at Firestone. Karen was real clear that she just wanted to get as much commission as she could and she did not want to waste her time with me if I wasn’t buying tires. As the customer who is paying the bill, I wanted to know the total bill before I committed to anything. Unfortunately, Firestone sent me back to you because I need a motor in the rack n pinion and they were very honest with me saying that I should only let Toyota do that job. I would give your service department zero stars if I could. Charging diagnostic fees if the customer asks about a noise but if your technician hears it you’re all about waving the fee. Your service department makes a customer feel like “ I can’t afford to say anything because all your service department does is scam as much money as you can. You suggest problems that do not exist. That’s another story where you just replaced my radiator an two oil changes later you suggest a flush. It is all about money and commissions not about good customer service. Anyone that uses your service department needs to be aware that your advisors like Karen only care about stealing your money. She is not going to help you make the right decisions. She will take advantage of your lack of automotive knowledge. More

I made 11 phone calls to Angel Otero he said he left me many messages and many calls. I checked my phone records. He called twice to my 11. I had to call CS to which they said they would walk over a messag many messages and many calls. I checked my phone records. He called twice to my 11. I had to call CS to which they said they would walk over a message to call me. He never did. It took 6 weeks to get a call back to get an appointment. Which CS made for the 16th. Then Angel called to say they don’t do that work except Monday they Friday. Then they mis placed the Key that was to be programmed. It was in glove box in between papers. The CS manager gave price previously of 345.00 and 3 hours to program. It cost 400.00 and I now had keyless entry. Totally different that what was to be done. When asked about it all . They all said basically “ what you talking about Willis?” Angel said I left you many messages. No you didn’t I saved all your messages and T Mobile has a phone log. Then they didn’t close Hood on truck properly and I had to pull over on 95 to close it. Aron was supposed to call to say he checked video of where my lost key was, nope never got that call. More

I went to Daytona Toyota recently and didn’t schedule an appointment. I told the staff that I work odd hours and this was the only time I had to get my 5k service.
