I Bought a car feb25,2023 a Lexus ux 200 red and drove the car a day the mud flap flew off took it back to the dealer for them to fix it I was told I didn’t need it and had to pay for it so I left go on t the car a day the mud flap flew off took it back to the dealer for them to fix it I was told I didn’t need it and had to pay for it so I left go on the expressway the car stopping on me and I had to pay to get the car towed to the dealership Still today march 27,2023 I don’t have the car in my possession but I was told that I still have to pay the car note for a car that they want explain to me what’s wrong with it Shaun was my sells person and Abel is her manager don’t ever buy a car from this dealership Abel is a liar and a fraud still today can not produce what’s wrong with the car every time I call or text about the car it’s always and excuse from him I wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase a car from this dealership I have also contacted the BBB about them and capital one I paying a car note and insurance for a car that’s not in my possession horrible customer service and they do not communicate well at all I well take every measure I have to take to make sure that this is known to everyone More
