The service writer was great but on multiple trips had a appointment and apparently that means nothing at your dealership. I understand that the dealship is busy but when someone makes appointment they expe appointment and apparently that means nothing at your dealership. I understand that the dealship is busy but when someone makes appointment they expect that you will hold up to that and not just put you next in line with drive up customers. I also feel that when you arrive and multiple greater are standing outside and no one approaches for over 10 minutes this is unacceptable. I feel this dealership could really use some changes in how they handle the flow of customers and organization. Also when I arrived a manager was standing in the drive up lanes for the service department giving a staff meeting on how to up sale customers this is highly unprofessional! More

The service center as a whole is 5 star, angel my service writer was cool and very personable. The only reason this is a 4 star review is because I made an appointment for 8am to get my oil changed. Got ther writer was cool and very personable. The only reason this is a 4 star review is because I made an appointment for 8am to get my oil changed. Got there at 7:40am and didn’t leave until 10am. 2 hours to change oil is very excessive but I do understand that there could possibly be cars from the night prior. All in all angel kept me in the loop about what was going on ans apologized for the wait. More
