Had very bad experience with the service department. I asked to have back seat alarm turned off and Angela told me that would be illegal, which is ridiculous. I asked if I could have engine idle turned I asked to have back seat alarm turned off and Angela told me that would be illegal, which is ridiculous. I asked if I could have engine idle turned off and was told that was not possible. Later that day I was able to turn both off after reading the manual. More
