Ferman Chevrolet staff are very professional and courteous. They go beyond and above to make it happened. The facility was clean and the two people we dealt with were professional and friendly but the other staff was blasting music, walking around talking loudly, very unprofessional. One guy was playing an exp were professional and friendly but the other staff was blasting music, walking around talking loudly, very unprofessional. Wow! What a true pleasure to buy a vehicle at Ferman Chevrolet! I found a used 2020 Nissan Rogue on line, called, and made an appointment with Angela to look at the car. She met us as soon as we arrive Chevrolet! I found a used 2020 Nissan Rogue on line, called, and made an appointment with Angela to look at the car. She met us as soon as we arrived, We drove the vehicle then worked with Angela (a lovely, friendly, and personable young woman) on a sales price that was suitable to both us and Ferman Chevrolet. After a short wait, we had the genuine pleasure of working with the financial wizard and signing a bazillion documents. Shortly thereafter my wife and I were on our way back to Citrus County in our new-to-us 2020 Nissan Rogue SV!! Our heartfelt thanks to the Ferman Chevrolet dealership in Tampa, and their highly efficient, friendly staff! More

They set me up with a new sales employee who needed her manager for almost everything. She was super nice but the experience was sloppy entirely. There wasn’t a sales pitch whatsoever. I never got asked if I wanted a new vehicle with the same payments. There were posters all around the waiting room about how Chevy can brag about getting me into a new car with the same prices but that was NEVER done. All they did was put me right back into my crappy Chevy Malibu. I’m a repeat customer. Been going to Ferman since 2010 and this experience taught me ive outgrown them. I actually had a better experience at CarMax! If you want a used car, go there. Do not go to ferman. More
