Buying my new truck from Angela at Ferman was an awesome experience. They knocked 7K off MSRP and gave me a great deal on my trade in. She was very pleasant and had all the answers to my questions.. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone that has any immediate needs for a vehicle or to anyone that values trust. I am 80 years old, have bought more cars than I can count, and this buying experience has surpassed any car experience EVER. She even met me half way across the state to do my trade in and delivery of my new equinox. She did what she promised, kept me informed every step of the way and it couldn’t have been a better experience. She is definitely customer service driven.
