On July 24th, 2020 we had the pleasure of meeting both Angela Haroon and Verlethia Rhodes. Both these ladies are in the wrong positions, they would better serve Ferman as Customer Relation Training managers at a corporate level and should be carried on the books as assets of Ferman Chevrolet. Not only did they go beyond our expectations in the purchase of our new vehicle, the respect they showed us was remarkable and greatly appreciated. It was apparent they enjoy their positions and sincerely want the best for Fermans customers. More

Had an amazing purchase on a new Camaro. Rocky is one of the best salesmen we have ever sealed with purchasing a vehicle. Z was very patient and professional and so was his wife. I really appreciate all their time and understanding they gave me and my boys. I didn't expect to buy a vehicle so fast but my lease was up in Augu I really appreciate all their time and understanding they gave me and my boys. I didn't expect to buy a vehicle so fast but my lease was up in August. I miss my power seats, remote start, and the convince of the little car. But I can tell the difference, I feel safer, my back feels better, I don't even feel the jerk on my butt lol. I like the safety features. I guess I should of noticed more when I was there, but with kids it's kind of hard. Oh and the front of the Equinox was all scratched up on the lower bumper. I'm not sure why he was so slay and quiet like he was hiding something. More
