Tire issue on 2019 ES350. I have had 3 sets of tires on a brand new 2019 ES350. The first set was replaced within 200 miles of purchase. The second set was recently replaced wi I have had 3 sets of tires on a brand new 2019 ES350. The first set was replaced within 200 miles of purchase. The second set was recently replaced with less than 20,000 miles on the car. Originally I was told I had to go to a Bridgestone dealer to get this resolved but after speaking to my salesman (Mohamad Mayassi) & the service manager (Angela Hoover); I was told I could get a new set of tires at 1/2 price. I asked the General sales manager (Thomas Cahoon) if they would sell me tires at cost & discount the labor & he agreed immediately. Charles Barker took a very dissatisfied customer & did the necessary things to make me a lifetime customer. Thanks to all who were involved! More

Not complying with virus safety When picking up my car from service yesterday the service person was not wearing gloves or face mask. When asked where his face mask was he got very When picking up my car from service yesterday the service person was not wearing gloves or face mask. When asked where his face mask was he got very huffy and stated that was his choice not to wear one. Neither was he wearing gloves. The Service Manager came out of her office without face mask and gloves and stated it was none of my business. I was wearing both and find it inconvenient but necessary to protect both my self and others. If they cannot comply with these simple measures they should stay home and shut down the service. More
