James delivers excellent customer service and I would recommend Walser Lexus to anyone! We brought our car in for our 60k service. I was expecting it to be one of the 4 complimentary services I am entitled to. She told me it would be 1400. I said wait a minute, look up our rec I was expecting it to be one of the 4 complimentary services I am entitled to. She told me it would be 1400. I said wait a minute, look up our recorded please. When she did (shouldn’t she have done this prior to my arrival??) She found that we had done the 60 k and now I would be in for the 65 k. Oh, well ok. Glad I said something or she would have easily (perhaps gladly) charged me the 1400. So, to me, I think the app should list your services received and tell you exactly where you are so that it is EASY to know. Don’t trust your service rep to be on top of things. But, it IS Lexus so besides the app keeping track I think the service rep SHOULD know where you are at. More

My wife takes the car in but I generally make the decisions on what we're spending money on. We've transitioned to this recently and so far, we've had good luck working with your staff. It would be nice if you could give discretion to the service department to lower prices. More
