Lexus of Walser in my opinion very professional and knowledgeable, when bring my car in for maintenance. Price is affordable wont upcharge or sales you on extras unnecessarily works. I've been going to Lexus of Walser for years now, all because of James Gallardo. The best advisor at Lexus hands down, friendly and direct to the point. He's the only reason why I've kept coming back to service my car. Always taking good care of his customers!!! More

5/26/2026 windshield replacement for our RX350. We were given a quote from Hayden for $1087.25 plus 25-50 shop fee. When I picked up car upon completion, the bill was $2466.79. We were shocked. They were nice but no one willing to make any adjustment on bill. Same with a headlight issue I had after purchase. A lot of nice people listening but no satisfaction on my part. More

The service advisors, especially my point man, Mr James Gallardo, ALWAYS go ABOVE AND BEYOND for me whenever I take my vehicle in for service! Mr James is HONEST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD with the services I nee Gallardo, ALWAYS go ABOVE AND BEYOND for me whenever I take my vehicle in for service! Mr James is HONEST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD with the services I need presently and the services which can be performed at a later time. My family and I am treated like VIPs upon arrival with a loaner vehicle ready to go and my kids are handed complimentary snacks and water! I am VERY GRATEFUL there is a Lexus dealership in Wichita that is on par with big city Lexus dealerships in terms of technician work ethic and service advisor customer service! A BIG THANK YOU to Mr James Gallardo and the technicians who have worked on my vehicle…let’s get my Lexus to the 1 million mile club!! More

would not take cashier's check from my bank to buy car off lease.. How absurd!! Spent most of a week going back and forth from dealership and my bank. My bank finally wired the funds to Lexus. Have been off lease.. How absurd!! Spent most of a week going back and forth from dealership and my bank. My bank finally wired the funds to Lexus. Have been 20 yr customer there but won't return . Told them would start doing my business in future with Henderson Lexus in Kansas City. They said would be happy to get my business and yes they'd be happy to take bank cashier's check More

James is always extremely patient and helpful. He takes time to answer my questions and provides me guidance for items outside of the scope of the visit.
