We've known James for many years now and he's always been great. He approaches his job with good motives, morals and intentions. Never once did we feel like he's trying to cheat us like some of the other ser great. He approaches his job with good motives, morals and intentions. There have been many Service Managers AND General Managers at this facility come and go, but we can always count on James to be there.
