Fantastic dealership Bought my first brand new car from this dealership. I worked with the sales manager Brent and internet manager Angelo, both were extremely helpful Bought my first brand new car from this dealership. I worked with the sales manager Brent and internet manager Angelo, both were extremely helpful and helped me get a loan and find the perfect car for me! All the employees were very nice and checked in on me frequently as I was waiting for all the paperwork to go through. The dealership gives you free oil changes when you buy a new car and has snacks and drinks to offer while you wait which is very thoughtful. I also had my windows tinted and the car cleaned the wait was very reasonable. Brent and Angelo are extremely efficient and thorough and will make sure you drive away very satisfied with your new purchase! I will definitely be returning when I'm ready to upgrade! More

Great experience, highly reccomend Angelo for a new Nissan I first would like to mention that I had spent countless hours searching, contacting, and visiting several Nissan dealerships in the area and also in I first would like to mention that I had spent countless hours searching, contacting, and visiting several Nissan dealerships in the area and also in the palm beach area. All roads lead me to Angelo, for fast, friendly and great price experience in buying my wife's new Altima. Angelo went above and beyond to make her happy and I not only made a great purchase, but I made a friend in the process as well. I am not affiliated with Lokey Nissan and I am a regular customer. This review is of my own words and I do not benefit from it other than the pleasure of giving kudos to a guy who deserves it. Thank you again Angelo, your friend George. More

Avoid this dealer at all costs!! I would give this dealer zero stars if I could. I've waited a few days to write my review to make sure I wasn't just speaking in anger. Here is my hon I would give this dealer zero stars if I could. I've waited a few days to write my review to make sure I wasn't just speaking in anger. Here is my honest experience. This dealer had the 2016 Murano Platinum listed on their website for just under 32k. I had a trade that was paid off and Blue Book trade in was about 19k. I told the dealer I was working with about 15 to 17k out the door and based on the Internet price and my trade value, it should have been a no Brainer on the dealers part. I live in Jacksonville, and this dealer is quite far from me, so naturally, I was trying to firm up numbers before driving down for pick up. The Internet sales manager, Angelo, kept giving me one excuse after another as to why the numbers were not ready. I ended up driving down thinking the deal was a sure thing, when in reality, he knew he wasn't going to work with my numbers. When I got there, he brought me a paper saying I needed to pay 21k for the new Murano. On the paper, the vehicle was listed at 44k. I brought up the Internet sale price (which as the Internet sales manager, I would have expected him to know already). He made up some crap about how I didn't qualify for the recent graduate rebate or the military rebate. Here's the thing, I was already working with another dealer and had a deal with them, so I know those rebates are worth 700 and 500. That's 1200 dollars total, so that doesn't explain the 6k difference. At that point, I told him I had a deal worked out with another dealer for 17k. He then asked if it was the same platinum. I said yes. Then he asked if it had the advanced technology package. I said yes. Then he asked if it had the panoramic moonroof. At this point, I was baffled because the advanced technology package includes the moonroof (another thing he should know). Long story short, I am not a dummy. I did my research and his typical salesmen bull wasn't going to work on me. After driving 4 hours to get there, I was there for less than 20 mins and walked out without a car. I went to the other dealer the next day and got my new car for the deal they promised me. If you know anything about mythology, it's no wonder this place is called "Lokey" because they are shady. Do yourself a favor and do some research. Once that is done, avoid this dealer. More

DO NOT GO TO LOKEY NISSAN!!! DO NOT GO TO LOKEY NISSAN! This was the worst experience I've ever had with any business. I have bought several cars in the past and enjoy the car buy DO NOT GO TO LOKEY NISSAN! This was the worst experience I've ever had with any business. I have bought several cars in the past and enjoy the car buying experience, but this turned out to be the worst nightmare with the worst service possible. I found a "good deal" online and called in the morning to ensure that the car was available and that I qualified for all applicable rebates for that price and there would only be standard taxes and fees on top of that. Once I arrive to the dealership, I see that they are doing a major renovation and have placed the sales office in a trailer. So I meet ANGELO, the sales associate I spoke with over the phone that morning, and he remembers exactly the car I'm looking for so he says he will get the keys and be right back. One hour later (no exaggeration), he frantically comes back and says that the car is in a holding lot 45 minutes north. Angelo says he's embarrassed because he knows I drove from Orlando to Clearwater to buy that specific car. Regardless of this, I still give the dealership a chance and agree to talking numbers to see if the car should be transported if I buy it. Then Angelo proceeds to show us a list price that's $4,000 higher than the price I agreed with him over the phone. He goes on to say that the price online is with all qualifying rebates and before the DEALER ADDENDUM of $2,000. I immediately ask for a manager. The sales manager, MIGUEL, tries to do the typical dealership runaround of how much I want to pay per month. I instantly call his b.s. and tell him I came for the price I confirmed with over the phone, and that mandatory dealer installation fees are false advertisement and means for legal action against the dealership. At this point, the GSM, BRENT TANSY, steps in and tries to resolve the situation. He continued to lower the price to try and save the sale and reduce escalation, but I told him that no matter what the price is, I wouldn't buy a car from LOKEY NISSAN because of its wrongful business practices. He continues to say that Lokey is the best selling car dealer on the coast, so I ask him if they achieve that morally and thru honest business practices. His reaction was my confirmation that Lokey is built on the foundation of greed, sleaziness, and inconsideration. There are better places you can go to buy a car, DO NOT TRUST Lokey. More
