Keep your options open I have owned my vehicle and am updating my review. I was quick to post a review the night I leased my 2017 Kia Niro, that may have been a little too I have owned my vehicle and am updating my review. I was quick to post a review the night I leased my 2017 Kia Niro, that may have been a little too fast and not truly representative of my entire experience. I was quick to sign-up for a lease, not until you are in the finance room you truly begin to understand how leased vehicles work. The week following my purchase, I was in the showroom for about 24 hours over three days, getting my purchase flipped to an traditional purchase. Honestly, I wish that I got quotes from other dealers, I went against my instincts and when with this purchase. I was promised loaner vehicles for service, white glove service and things like that. In the 8 months since my purchase, I have 1 Safety Recall and 3 Kia Recalls to resolve. I called Kia of Wilmington Service and there are no loaner vehicles. Really? So, I am taking my vehicle to a Kia dealer in Newark. I will say that everyone was very nice at the Dealership. They did work with me to get my purchase changed over from a lease to purchase. I will just recommend that perhaps you do shop around and if someone says this deal is only available right now, take it or leave it, don't rush things. If they don't want the sale, shop around. More

Outstanding Knowledge and Service I was truly impressed by the patience, knowledge and service which I received from my sales person!!! I was not in the market for a Kia but did hear g I was truly impressed by the patience, knowledge and service which I received from my sales person!!! I was not in the market for a Kia but did hear great reviews and the brand! I visited Kia of Wilmington to help me narrow my choices. I didn't return to the dealership where I purchased my previously owed vehicle. I was certain that I would get another Toyota. I wasnt looking forward to the dreaded process of purchasing as I needed to replace my vehicle of 5 months which was totalled bely a fallen tree!!! John and Angie made it easier for me to make my choice! They both answered my endless questions. John is friendly, funny, personable, has a great deal of product knowledge and made me feel comfortable in believing that I was making the right choice! NO buyer's remorse here!! Purchasing my vehicle was painless and simple. Although I had secured financing from my credit union, Anthony secured a competitive financing option. I CANNOT say enough great things about my experience!!! This is the place to buy a car. I LOVE MY OPTIMA!! More

Happy Kia customer! I just bought my car from Kia of Wilmington and am thrilled that--at the last minute after my old car broke down-- I decided to check out the Kia of W I just bought my car from Kia of Wilmington and am thrilled that--at the last minute after my old car broke down-- I decided to check out the Kia of Wilmington dealership on Pennsylvania Avenue. All the staff were professional and inviting, from reception to sales and finance. Larry Price, the salesperson who worked with me, was AMAZING! Larry is highly knowledgeable and helped me in identifying a car that meets my needs. Also, Jeremy Hogan and Anthony Sessoms were very patient and helpful in making the financing process a positive experience. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle! Many thanks again, guys! More

Best decision I've ever made Angie contacted me almost immediately when I first inquired about a car on Friday, I told her I actually wasn't 100% on what I was looking for and tha Angie contacted me almost immediately when I first inquired about a car on Friday, I told her I actually wasn't 100% on what I was looking for and that I was just starting the process. There was absolutely no pressure at all to get me in there, but plenty of information given to me so I knew when they were available and who to contact when I was ready. I let her know my boyfriend and I would be buying the car together but he works Saturday's and that I would check with him about coming in on Monday. I had contacted a couple dealerships and all wanted me come check the cars out on Saturday, so to get a head start I decided to go with my mom to help me narrow down some final options to go back to with my boyfriend. On Saturday morning, I received a text from Jason Glover at Kia letting me know he would be working with me when I was ready and that he just wanted to give me his cell number if I had any questions before i came in on Monday. I let him know that I wasn't positive but that I might try to stop by that day. His response was simple "not a problem I'll be here, and I'll get the car ready for you just in case you stop by" Again, no pressure, just there for me when I was ready. I went to the first dealership I had scheduled, and I told the salesmen what I was looking for, and I was just trying to narrow my choices down for us to come back. He said my budget didn't matter and just kept trying to show me cars on the showroom way beyond my price point. His supervisor told him right in front of me do whatever it takes to get me in a car that day. They knew I wasn't looking to buy, especially without my boyfriend, and continued to push a sale regardless. I decided after I left to just swing by Kia of Wilmington to see what they had. As soon as I got there I met Angie in person--just as friendly and sincere as our first phone interaction. She was so excited I decided to swing by and immediately got Jason for me. Jason's first question was what I was looking for and if I had anything in mind. I explained my same situation as to the other dealers and he said let's see what we can do to help you decide. While he went to get the car i was originally interested in I was looking at their other certified cars available and found one I instantly loved but didn't see on their website before. When he came back to say unfortunately the car i liked had been sold I knew it was a sign and asked to see the Kia Optima. He took me to it, answered every single question, and gave me every bit of information I was looking for. I told him i honestly didn't know much about kias and wasn't even thinking of Kia as an option until I got there. When we were done he said now go home to your boyfriend, talk things over, do your research and figure out what's best for you. I'm confident that'll you find this car is the better choice for you but want you to feel the same. Jason was available the rest of the weekend when I was texting him; and he was right, after hours and hours of researching ratings and reviews and other options, i kept coming back to how much I loved that Kia. Before the weekend was over we were decided--we loved the car and it was the one for us. Throughout the day Monday I worked with Jason through text, email, and phone, to get all the paperwork and documents needed. Monday night chris and I showed up and we're honestly treated like family. Between Angie and Jason, they honestly were the biggest role in our final decision. Jason took care of us and got us everything we were looking for. He made our first car buying experience one to remember and lifelong customers. I couldn't be happier to be a Kia owner and am proud to be a customer of Kia of Wilmington. Thank you Jason and Angie! You helped us do what's best for us, and not what was best for your company. It's a true reflection of how the car buying process should be! More
