Happy Clients!!!! On Saturday April 5, 2014, we visited several car dealerships including Capital Eurocars, and yesterday, April 7th we went back to Capital Eurocars to On Saturday April 5, 2014, we visited several car dealerships including Capital Eurocars, and yesterday, April 7th we went back to Capital Eurocars to purchase our desired vehicle. Mr. Angus Thomas was our Client Advisor and he did an awesome job from beginning to end. When we test drove the BMW 535i, he took the time to instruct us on the main do's and don't. He understood our needs and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and the process. When we finished the finance portion, he patiently took us through the major operation of the car. It was a blessing/joy to have him as our Advisor and we will highly recommend him in the future. Great Job Mr. Thomas!!! Also, I would like to share our experience with Mandy Barnard, Finance/Business Manger. Mandy was so pleasant and very knowledgeable of the financial/business aspects of the deal. She wasted no time and completed the financial part of the process with ease and in a timely manner. She knew her stuff!!!! . I got a text from Angus after I saw a car on Autotrader and he said to come on by, I had been working with the team at BMW for over a year to find a replacement for my 5 Series, they would not listen as I and he said to come on by, I had been working with the team at BMW for over a year to find a replacement for my 5 Series, they would not listen as I gave them a budget and they never could meet it. In frustration I decided to walk over to Mercedes and take Angus up on his offer and he had me in the car I wanted same day. Great experience, great sales process, no pressure, no xx. BMW had several "sales calls" placed to me that they wanted my vehicle and had a newer model for me, but I soon realized after 3 times these were just national telemarketers trying to place appointments. Each one was a waste of my time, and lead to me leaving the BMW brand. I love the new Mercedes, it was just the right car. Thanks Angus. More

Angus Thomas did an outstanding job. I had postponed this purchase almost solely because I dislike the sales process so much (I wish there simply a catalog we could pick from - instead of so often havin this purchase almost solely because I dislike the sales process so much (I wish there simply a catalog we could pick from - instead of so often having some sales person who has known me for 10 minutes decide what he thinks I want). Angus, however, listened to me when I told him I told him the vehicle I wanted, and he listened when I told him how I would like to see the sales process occur if he could find that vehicle. In short order, not only had he found the vehicle I wanted at a lower price than I had initially sought, but he was going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable not just with the GL I bought, but with the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Capital Eurocars (great selection of very nice Mercedes Benz vehicles, and they seemed to have mad an effort to offer both well equipped vehicles as well as lower priced cars with only a few important options. This was such a pleasant sale that I wasn't sure we really done when he handed me the keys to me new car. Straightforward and honest dealer, and if Angus is representative of the rest of their staff - then they have really good people there. More
