Angus Thomas assisted me with the purchase of my certified pre owned Mercedes. He was professional, courteous and helpful. He took the time to go over all of the options and even set up my bluetooth certified pre owned Mercedes. He was professional, courteous and helpful. After the sale experience has been just as good. I had a minor issue with one of the seats and he sent the request over to the service department and it was taken care of immediately. We had a pretty rough experience looking for a new car for the past 3 weeks until we found Angus and Capital Eurocars. He listened to our needs and helped us throughout the entire process. We live 2 hours away from Capital Eurocars and would not hesitate to drive back to purchase our next vehicle. The dealership was spotless and Angus gave us a small tour of the grounds and mechanics shop which was immaculately maintained as well. When I initially wen to Capital Euro Cars Angus met us at the lot and with patience and low pressure showed us hte car we were interested in. He offered us no sales pitch just straight forward answers to our the lot and with patience and low pressure showed us hte car we were interested in. He offered us no sales pitch just straight forward answers to our questions. I told him what I needed from a salesman and he told me he was an advisor the cars sold themselves. He was absolutely excellent and di exactly what he told us he would advised us on the best route to follow based on specified desires. I told him from the beginning I wanted to arrange my own finances he was acceptable of this but easily discussed with me the alternatives of Mercedes financing but was not argumentative when I insisted on doing it through my credit union. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and it was all thanks to Angus. He also took the time to come in and teach me how to work different aspects of the car I had forgotten from his earlier teaching and from the book. Angus was very attentive and patient with my "little old ladiness". Quite a gentleman. I would be proud to have him work for me or to be his mother and know he treated others so well.
