I had an amazing experience working with Anita at the dealership! From start to finish, she was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car. She made the entire proces dealership! From start to finish, she was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Her customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciate all of her hard work and dedication. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and helpful, I highly recommend asking for Anita! More

Josh was great to deal with super responsive. He even worked with us on his day off. We even had a better deal at another Kia dealer but chose Asheville Kia because of Josh. The dealership who helped me with the test drive and purchase of my car, Maria Betancourt, was awesome! She helped me adjust to the numerous functions and safety features of my car--and she was extremel purchase of my car, Maria Betancourt, was awesome! She helped me adjust to the numerous functions and safety features of my car--and she was extremely friendly and personable. Anita helped me immensely with setting up the Android Auto App in my new car--a process I would probably still be setting up if I was on my own. Jordan Ogle, the Finance Director, helped me as much as he could help the victim of identity theft who hasn't had a credit card in 10 years. I may decide to apply for a credit card one of these days, but I own a house without a mortgage and I paid for my car with cash, so who needs a credit card? I am a rugged individualist and I refuse to become part of "the man's" machine. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the staff at Paramount Kia of Asheville and boring them with tales of my formerly very exciting life. Be sure to watch for my book: "Missing Meshes The Story of an Artist Pretending to be a Fisheries Biologist". More
