She was extremely kind, helpful, insightful, and organized. We had 2 vehicles in mind to test drive that she prepared for us right away to test and was very knowledgeable about them both. After our test drives were complete we decided on our Sorrento. Maria was extremely efficient with getting our paperwork in order and communicating everything to us as we went through the process to apply for financing. Everyone who worked with us was very kind, patient, and helpful. I feel extremely fortunate to have had a knowledgeable sales woman with such wonderful energy and kindness to help us make this experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible for us. Despite my attitude, they remained patient and respectful, eventually approaching me again to ask how they could assist. I hesitantly explained my situation. Although I was initially skeptical and dismissive of their suggestions, they showed me a beautiful 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander. It was used but in incredible condition. Maria was knowledgeable and patient, offering helpful insights from an empathetic perspective that made me feel truly comfortable. While I had no intention of buying a used vehicle, Maria’s honesty and support led me to a purchase that turned out to be the best deal I’ve ever made. Anita helped me immensely with setting up the Android Auto App in my new car--a process I would probably still be setting up if I was on my own. Jordan Ogle, the Finance Director, helped me as much as he could help the victim of identity theft who hasn't had a credit card in 10 years. I may decide to apply for a credit card one of these days, but I own a house without a mortgage and I paid for my car with cash, so who needs a credit card? I am a rugged individualist and I refuse to become part of "the man's" machine. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the staff at Paramount Kia of Asheville and boring them with tales of my formerly very exciting life.
