My vehicle was there for 16 days for replacement of a transfer case and switch. Dropped it off on 10/2 and expressed how i needed a loaner or rental and got nothing. Had to rent a vehicle myself whiich c transfer case and switch. Dropped it off on 10/2 and expressed how i needed a loaner or rental and got nothing. Had to rent a vehicle myself whiich came out to 600 dollars for 8 days. Because the warranty would not cover one til they confirmed what was wrong. Part was sent over by the warranty company on the 10th in which Hawk was not aware of until the 11th only because I called to let them know it was there. Got another rental with 5 days covered by warranty and still came out my pocket another 300 dollars because my vehicle was not ready until late on the 17th. Then had to pay 500 dollars for my balance on my vehicle. And when I expressed my concerns with the service manager at hawk he said he would get back with me and never did. Been dealing with Hawk for years, even with my other vehicle an I must say this was a horrible experience More
