I had an appointment with Tania to see a Lexus NX250 Premium, I understand that people get busy but her associate Anna hassled me and did not take anything I said into consideration. She wanted to appra Premium, I understand that people get busy but her associate Anna hassled me and did not take anything I said into consideration. She wanted to appraise my car right off the bat, she was very transactional and did not have any consideration for my visit. I WILL NOT be purchasing a Lexus at all especially not from any Craig Zinn dealer, I did not feel like a customer or valued. I am sorry that it has to be this way and please do not ask me to reconsider at all. Tania is a sweetheart and she has been very supportive as well as considerate. But after today, I am done with the Lexus along with the Toyota brand because I have never felt so bad about car shopping which is something I enjoy along with cars and I am working my tail with getting everything together. I am stressed out to the point that, I throw myself into work and my birthday is coming up in which I am not excited about it at all. Also, this car shopping experience has been to the point of being very difficult and I do not have a relationship with anyone because of this. There is NOTHING you all can do to help this situation at all and I thank you all for your time along with your support. Thank you for your help and efforts. More
