My deal was cash and the negotiations were done via telephone prior to my arrival. The delivery part with the sales associate went well. The person wasn't knowledgeable with my deal and every time I ask any questions about anything she either said that's how they do things here with no clarification or she blamed the sales person for not communicating correctly. She made my experience that should have been simple very stressful and for that reason I will not return. I am a returning Lexus customer and recently leased a 2026 Lexus NX 350h from Lexus of North Miami. Unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. In March, I completed a credit application t 2026 Lexus NX 350h from Lexus of North Miami. Unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. In March, I completed a credit application to secure agreed lease terms while the vehicle was in transit. When I came in to finalize the deal in April, the terms were changed, resulting in a higher cost than originally discussed. Additionally, I was told my license plate was inactive and had to purchase a new one for $175. After visiting the DMV, I confirmed the plate was actually active and transferable at the time, meaning this charge was unnecessary. I have attempted to contact the dealership to resolve these issues but have not received a response. I am posting this in hopes that management reviews this situation and reaches out to resolve it properly. More
