David in insurance was also fantastic and incredibly helpful getting everything squared away. They even went the extra mile and had the car waiting for us with a big bow on it, which was a really nice touch and made picking up the new Lexus feel special. Overall, this was easily one of the best dealership experiences we've had. Great people, great service, and five stars across the board. 10/10.
