I like to wait a few months before I leave reviews, I purchased a 23 GX at the end of November and the process was so simple. Angel and Alex Mejias took good care of me and got me the right deal. Todd was my finance manager and all the paperwork ready to go which made the process so simple. After the delivery process Alex has stayed in contact with me to make sure everything is well with the car. This is my 4th Lexus from North Miami. More

I love this place, it has a good and clean environment, I love working with Maria because she is an easy person to deal with and very friendly, she treats the client with great respect and offers a transpare love working with Maria because she is an easy person to deal with and very friendly, she treats the client with great respect and offers a transparent and quality service. If you want to make a great deal come to her. Maria Morrone is the best. On the other hand, without belittling the other managers, I have to say that Angel is the best since he does not hesitate to give you a quick and precise answer to each of your questions. And finally Mathew the financier goes out of his way to help you and offer you as much financial information as possible. I recommended this place 100% More

I bought a LC500 convertible at this location and the experience at that moment was great. Just after a couple of months I just went back because the convertible was just to small for me and I wanted to experience at that moment was great. Just after a couple of months I just went back because the convertible was just to small for me and I wanted to trade for the IS500 The advertised price online for the specific car I wanted is 67k as well as the price reflected on the window sticker . When I start doing the paperwork they changed the price to 80k( 13k over the Real price of the car) this is without even previously telling me!! I left the dealer very disappointed, I have recommended this place to so many friends and as a returned customer buying luxury vehicles I honestly never thought they will just try to rip me off this way. When I asked to my sales person she just said: sorry, there is high demand so we are charging more. I will not buy a Lexus again after this experience. Luckily there are many other options More
