My deal was cash and the negotiations were done via telephone prior to my arrival. The delivery part with the sales associate went well. After waiting a long time to meet with finance, keep in mind i telephone prior to my arrival. The delivery part with the sales associate went well. After waiting a long time to meet with finance, keep in mind it was a cash deal. The person wasn't knowledgeable with my deal and every time I ask any questions about anything she either said that's how they do things here with no clarification or she blamed the sales person for not communicating correctly. She made my experience that should have been simple very stressful and for that reason I will not return. I am a Lexus loyalist and plan to buy a GX, but due to my experience I will not return to Lexus of North Miami for the purchase. More

I am a returning Lexus customer and recently leased a 2026 Lexus NX 350h from Lexus of North Miami. Unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. In March, I completed a credit application t 2026 Lexus NX 350h from Lexus of North Miami. Unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. In March, I completed a credit application to secure agreed lease terms while the vehicle was in transit. When I came in to finalize the deal in April, the terms were changed, resulting in a higher cost than originally discussed. Additionally, I was told my license plate was inactive and had to purchase a new one for $175. After visiting the DMV, I confirmed the plate was actually active and transferable at the time, meaning this charge was unnecessary. I have attempted to contact the dealership to resolve these issues but have not received a response. I am posting this in hopes that management reviews this situation and reaches out to resolve it properly. More

We are truly thankf dream car and with a reservation for our Lexus GX. He also helped us in the same week secure my husband’s dream car the Lexus IS. We are truly thankful for all of his help and support. He is very knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the way. If I could give him 10 stars I will. He has really changed our opinion of car shopping and made it a seamless process. He is very professional and catered to our every need with searching for two vehicles to fit our family’s needs. I can’t praise him enough. We will definitely be looking for him in the future for any sales assistance with our next vehicle. Thank you. I also want to mention, Anna and finance is truly an asset to your team. She assisted us throughout the process of financing both vehicles from start to finish. From my very first interaction with Konstantinos, I could tell this was going to be a different kind of experience. He is incredibly kind, professional, and was genuinely patient with me throughout the entir tell this was going to be a different kind of experience. He is incredibly kind, professional, and was genuinely patient with me throughout the entire process and trust me, I probably gave him a run for his money. He handled everything with so much grace and consistency, and I appreciated that more than he probably realizes. What stood out the most was how smooth, comfortable, and pressure-free the entire process felt, which is rare when purchasing a vehicle. At no point did it feel like a typical sales experience - it felt sincere. When I arrived to pick up my car, everyone I encountered was warm and welcoming. I also want to give a special thank you to Anna in financing, who is wonderful as well. She made the paperwork process clear, easy, and stress-free, and was such a pleasure to work with. While a car may ultimately be a material thing, the way people treat you during a major purchase truly matters and this team exceeded my expectations in every way. This was honestly the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, especially a Lexus, I highly recommend giving Lexus of North Miami a call and asking for Konstantinos. You’ll be in very good hands. Thank you again to Konstantinos and Anna for such a positive and memorable experience. I’m truly grateful. More
