Found My Dream Car! I gave Annie a very specific list of what I was looking for in my new Jeep Wrangler (and a tight budget). Richard Kim was the most knowledgeable car salesperson & I was honored to be his first sale. I went into the dealership not really wanting to part with my Jeep Wrangler & Rich was extremely patient with me while I changed my mind 4-5 different times. He answered every question I had on the new Wranglers & Grand Cherokees. I had certain priorities & features I wanted in my vehicle and Rich went above and beyond to find the perfect fit for me. I was dead set on purchasing another Wrangler, but after test driving the Grand Cherokee and hearing about all the updated features & safety ratings from Rich- I was sold on getting the Grand Cherokee. He was even able to find me one that looks exactly like my old Wrangler. Both Mark & Annie were also such a big help! They were patient & made me feel extremely confident in my car selection. The whole process was smooth & I did not feel like I was being rushed at all. The dealership was extremely busy that day, but everyone was extremely attentive and patient. I was blown away by the level of customer service & I will keep coming back to this dealership from now on. I even received a hand written thank you note from Rich- I think that personal touch is amazing & I really appreciate all the time he took out of his day. it would have been very easy to push me aside due to my indecisiveness & help one of the many other customers in the dealership that day.
