From the moment I walked into the dealership the first time(almost two months ago), to the second I walked out with my new car (this past weekend, Dec. 1), I felt like everyone that helped me went above a time(almost two months ago), to the second I walked out with my new car (this past weekend, Dec. 1), I felt like everyone that helped me went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me and make me feel comfortable. Annie and John explained the ins and outs to me, as well as both of my parents and answered every and any question that we had about this process. They were up front and honest the entire time and I know they did their very best to get me in my dream car! Eric was a huge help when it came time to bring my father in. He too answered questions about the vehicle and gave examples and scenarios that my dad(the hard headed Italian)could understand and relate to! Without Omar's help, I'm not sure if I would have had my Jeep to even write this review! He made the paperwork portion of the process easier than I could have imagined. Everyone truly went out of their way to make this a memorable and exciting experience for me. I will be telling everyone that is in the market for a new car to come here, just based on my experience alone. Still in shock that the Jeep I have always wanted is actually sitting in my driveway right now.. Thank you Annie, John, Eric and Omar! More

I stopped at Georgetown Jeep after visiting several Jeep dealerships. When I arrived Annie was the salesperson whom I dealt with. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the vehicles. Annie made my car buying experience very pleasant especially after the horrible service I received at the Jeep dealership in Greenwich. She kept me informed throughout the whole process. Eric was also very helpful as he explained all the options available to me and the pros and cons of each one. Not only were they very professional but, a family experience could be felt in the dealership. They definitely disproved the so called "sales pressure pitch." More

I bought my 2012 Dodge Durango from Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge in May. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Annie Granchelli. This was after visiting two other dealerships and not being able to come to terms on a deal that worked for me. I contacted Garavel and Annie responded the same day. It only took one visit for them to locate the exact model, color, etc. and for the price that worked for me. Last week (November 2012) I stopped in to the service department, somewhat unexpectedly, because a minor issue with a fan came up. Christa Iannaccone still managed to get me in and in less than 2 hours, the service department had completed both the recommended service on my vehicle and replaced the fan. Customer service means everything to me and Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge deserves proper recognition. I would strongly recommend this dealership. By the way, I love my Durango. More

Annie is a family friend;she and Omar worked diligently to secure approval and did whatever it took to get me into my Chrysler 200. I had an appointment for a complimentary oil change for my new Chrysler to secure approval and did whatever it took to get me into my Chrysler 200. I had an appointment for a complimentary oil change for my new Chrysler 200 which was set up with a receptionist. I verified that the service was complimentary. Upon arriving before noon (scheduled time) I was told there would be at least a 2 hour wait. This wasn't a problem as most dealership service departments are very busy. I secured a ride and gave Ramon my contact info to contact me when it was complete. I also indicated that there were a couple of things that needed attention...heated seats didnt work; I was unaware how the fog lights worked and needed help setting up my bluetooth. When I left prior to the work being done I called back to again verify that the service was complimentary and was assured that it was. A few hours later Ramon called to say the work was complete and that I could pick up my vehicle. He informed me that fuses were missing for the seats which were installed and the fog lights were fine. He also said someone would help me with the bluetooth when I arrived. He then said that he was unaware of the complimentary oil change but would honor my request. Upon arrival my car was indeed ready for pick-up and Ramon was very gracious. I went back to the front end and spoke to my salesperson Annie briefly and then met a young man named Nick who helped activate my bluetooth service. He was extremely helpful and also very gracious and professional. Thank you Georgetown Chrysler...great job. More

This time I came looking for another car, and Annie Granchelli greeted me before and they were always responsive, fair, and performed good service. This time I came looking for another car, and Annie Granchelli greeted me with a big smile and immediately made me feel like a person, not a sales prospect. She took the time to listen carefully to my needs, diminished my anxiety, and then not only took me on a test drive, but actually took me to another dealership to inspect their offerings. She pointed out things that I would not have noticed, addressed my concerns, and helped me objectively evaluate my purchase. I never felt pressured or condescended to. Milton speedily secured me a good finance rate, and with Omar's financial acumen and warmth, I happily drove away that same afternoon in my Certified Pre-Owned 2011 Dodge Journey. The whole experience was surprisingly fun, and I would highly recommend this dealer, especially to any woman purchasing a vehicle. More
