I've never had as pleasant of a car-buying experience! Annie Lam was very responsive as the internet contact who we first were contacted by. Randy Delgado was knowledgeable and guided us to a vehicle that met our checklist and was in our price range. No pressure, and wonderful to work with! Chris Dixon, finance manager, described the options of GAP insurance and an extended warranty without the high pressure so many dealerships use. We have used Jim Butler Kia for servicing and parts for our Kia Sedona in the past, and we are excited to continue our relationship with the Jim Butler family! More

Awesome, positive We are so happy that we made a 2 hour trip to vehicle shop, with our first stop at Jim Butler Kia, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nate m We are so happy that we made a 2 hour trip to vehicle shop, with our first stop at Jim Butler Kia, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nate met us at door with a smile and handshake. Nate was so patient with us, helping in our decision on vehicle choice, gave us pros and cons. After driving 2 vehicles and looking at 2 others we made our decision and drove off lot with a 2019 Kia Sportage.
