I have used several MB dealerships for service and can say that MB of Rockville Center is I a long time MB owner and thru the years own many MB cars. I have used several MB dealerships for service and can say that MB of Rockville Center is the best out of all of them. From service advisers to technicians - all guys are very polite and knowledgeable and do just excellent job. I live in Brooklyn and even though it’s not the nearest dealership for me – I agree to drive there and spend some extra time just to make sure the job will be done correctly and on time. Thankfully, I decided to opt for one more professional opinion before having my car repaired. Your Diagnosis discovered some problem was due to a oil leaks, Recalls ect and were able to replace under my third part warranty. Needless to say, I breathed a sigh of relief! I had such an amazing and stress free experience that I actually look forward to do business with him in the future. I am also very excited and eager to hear of Anthony Angelo working at the service department of RVC. I had an ML350 many years ago and he used to service my vehicle. When he no longer worked there I switched to BMW X5. The service department there at BMW is very rude and unaccommodating, it took months to get an appointment for standard service. Now that I found out that Anthony is back I switched back to leasing with Mercedes just for the mere fact of dealing with him. Anthony is very accommodating, patient, professional and informative, he is by far the best service advisor I have ever meet with. I am very excited and cant wait to get my car serviced by him as for it is nothing but the best service experience in the world. My wife and I had doubts, misgivings, and insecurities in switching to the car we bought because being that our service Advisor Anthony Angelo who always did a great job on our c300. Why get rid of it? He is one of the best wont want to go anywhere else. However, we were able to making an informed decision purely on the basis of the information we were able to garner from Maurice Benitez who was greatly recommended by our service Advisor Anthony Angelo. It did not take long for us to become comfortable in dealing with Anthony Angelo and Maurice Benitez not to mention Don Masters- the finance & lease Manager.There professionalism shone through & through and all our questions were answered. Maurice did really an excellent job from start to finish and may I say he made us feel like we were at home. Comfort and relaxed. No pushing around. Everything was on point. May I say Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre is fortunate to have such a sales person as Maurice Benitez, service Advisor Anthony Angelo and Don Masters- the finance & lease Manager. I will have no doubts in recommending anyone to them. It is our habit, as human being, to say bad things about people and ignore the good things about them. Brought vehicle in 3 times for the same issue to no resolve. When I called Anthony to discuss, he denied any issues even occurred.
