He has been and continues to be current on every vehicle change and provides us with exactly the information needed to renew and upgrade our vehicles. He takes special care to continually design a vehicle for my wife so she is comfortable, safe, and happy. We have been very pleased with the fluid process of upgrading vehicles. We have found his information to be correct and providing a product that exactly meets our needs. We have known Bill a long time through the multiple cars we have acquired. We have recommended his expertise to many people and they have been as satisfied as we have. We look forward to a very long and professional relationship with Bill and MBRVC. More

Amazing Experience Purchasing Experience Jerone was extremely knowledgeable and flexible with me during my recent visit to purchase a new Mercedes Benz. I had a price in mind and as you all k Jerone was extremely knowledgeable and flexible with me during my recent visit to purchase a new Mercedes Benz. I had a price in mind and as you all know the cost of Mercedes Benz has increased over the last few years. Jeron was able to get me into a new car within a reasonable price range of my budget. When my car was ready for the delivery, he took me for a drive and showed me all the functionality of my new car and was extremely patient as adapted to the new features. A great person to work with, he is easy going and extremely patient. I would recommend that anyone that is in the process of getting a new car to speak to Jerone. Extremely happy with the white glover service. More

I was tired of my Porsche and browsing some options. He knew I wasn't ready to buy anything, but he still spent well over an hour with me. NO PRESSURE. Hank made such an impression that I put his number in my phone. I think he was tickled pink when I called him the following February. He made me a great deal on a an SL lease and when he found out it was my birthday, he knocked another $50 off my monthly payments without me asking! Now my service rep is Anthony Angelo. I swear, it's like having a butler. Anthony makes me feel like I'm his only customer whenever I come in. Both Anthony and Hank always keep in touch with me throughout the year making sure that everything is good. WHAT A TEAM! More
