Good. Although I provided all information when making the appointment and explained the problem as Subaru customer service has explained it to me, but was Although I provided all information when making the appointment and explained the problem as Subaru customer service has explained it to me, but was met with the same response as Castle Subaru in Illinois. I was about to be sent home and Anthony just happened to look at the red light in the roof system. All of that was documented, so I wasted time by having to return for a second appointment to have the Subaru rep scheduled to come and fix it. I knew all of this prior. No one listens. It's sad. Finally it's fixed but didn't receive any better service and the complete lack of knowledge about a Subaru. More

I can’t understand why you keep sending me these but I’ll reiterate what a total nightmare it has been to buy from you. Great. Clean shop, warm environment. One of the things I love about the 'waiting room' is there is a separation. Not everyone is sitting in uncomfortable ch Clean shop, warm environment. You have tables to sit, counter tops for laptops, fornthe worker, and, a couch for those retirees that can watch the price is right...lol. More
