We have been using M’Lady for about 6-7 years. We always get good service, advice, financing, and a beautiful product. This lease pull ahead had some hiccups but our salesman, Anthony, was amazing We always get good service, advice, financing, and a beautiful product. This lease pull ahead had some hiccups but our salesman, Anthony, was amazing. He literally drove to a Nissan lot to pickup the car of my dreams, but upon arrival, knew based on what I had described to him, that this car wasn’t my dream. Instead of encouraging me to just try it or settle for a color that would “grow” on me …. The team at M’Lady worked together to find me what I had envisioned and Anthony drove to yet another lot where despite him being over on his work day, sent me pictures at 9:30 at night to ensure he was picking up the car I had described to him. The next day at delivery, he came in early to be there in person when I took delivery. It is exactly what I envisioned and more. At M’Lady when there’s a problem, they do not point fingers at each other or the customer. They work as a team to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest quality product that the customer will be wowed by.
