The following day, I received a call from the dealership to confirm my appointment. At the time, I did not expect that I would be purchasing a vehicle that day. When my wife and I arrived at the main entrance, we noticed several salespeople. We decided to go directly to the representative we had previously spoken with. However, another salesperson, Anthony Baur, approached us and accompanied us into the lobby. I informed him that I already had an appointment, and he asked for my name and my wife’s name. A few minutes later, Anthony returned with my information and the details of the vehicle I was interested in. He asked a few questions, and we then went for a test drive.
