Anthony always delivers great service hence the reason why I come to him first for shopping for cars :) He updates me every step of the way along the process, from the test drive to the paperwork. Dealer decided not to move forward with me as a customer and "felt" like I should go somewhere else to purchase the vehicle because I walked out twice on them and they did not like me walking out of the fin and "felt" like I should go somewhere else to purchase the vehicle because I walked out twice on them and they did not like me walking out of the financing office. When I asked about the doc fee to be removed. Their employee Jamal laughed at me and said there is nothing to talk about with you anymore. I got up because their team had others in line waiting to talk to the finance manager so I decided to go home and talk in private with my family. Really sad to see the dealership telling me they will not sell to me and to go somewhere else as they do not see selling me a vehicle or being a customer anymore as I got a call from the sales manager saying "We will not be moving forward anymore with you".. Do not work with Jamal as he does not carry himself with pride what so ever and is rude with how he carries himself all slouched and talking low. Also the finance manager tells me there is nothing to talk about also when I brought up the fee. More
