Visited the dealership on Sunday, December 21, 2025 to investigate a 2019 Lexus RX 350 which I saw online. Upon arrival at the dealership, Howard kent (Superman's younger brother) was assigned to assist investigate a 2019 Lexus RX 350 which I saw online. Upon arrival at the dealership, Howard kent (Superman's younger brother) was assigned to assist me as I inspected/test drove the SUV. Howard was/is an excellent sales person. He was extremely patient as I spent at least an hour reviewing/inspecting the SUV. To make a long review of a great purchase experience short: Howard Kent and Anthony Burruano were great to work with during my purchase. Yeah, I bought the SUV..."THE Queen" loves it! I recently purchased my third Lexus, and this is the second vehicle I have acquired from Treasure Coast Lexus. Overall, I enjoyed working with the dealership, and my sales associate, Scott, provided exc second vehicle I have acquired from Treasure Coast Lexus. He demonstrated great patience throughout the negotiation process, which I truly appreciated. However, I had a significantly negative interaction with the sales manager, Anthony Barano (approximate spelling). I felt disrespected by his communication style and demeanor. His conduct fell well below the standard of customer service I expect from a Lexus dealership and, frankly, represented an embarrassment to your brand. While I remain a loyal Lexus customer, this experience with Mr. Barano has led me to seriously consider purchasing my next vehicle from a different dealership. I strongly recommend that the dealership provide remedial customer service training for this individual to prevent similar issues in the future. More
